The EAI executive offices serve as your organization's headquarters. Members will find our courteous and highly dedicated staff ready to help in all ways possible.
The EAI offices are located in Arlington Heights, Illinois, a suburb of Chicago, 20 miles from downtown and just eight miles northwest of
O'Hare International Airport.
Each client has its own dedicated telephone lines, answered by a receptionist in the organization's name, as well as a unique society branded email address.
Client membership records are maintained in an iMIS database, which is the number one database used by associations. MIP and/or QuickBooks are used for accounting. Staff has remote access to their desktop using a virtual private network (VPN).
Client business is conducted via a high-speed computer network connected to the internet through bonded T1 data lines. Web servers with Norton security and Sonicwall firewall protection securely house client data.
EAI provides all computer equipment, telephone communications systems, high-speed copiers/scanners, fax machines, postage/mailing equipment, general office equipment and furniture. All utilities and equipment maintenance/repair is included.
