To manage client data, EAI uses iMIS and MIP software - proven association management solutions. iMIS is a powerful and dominant association database used by nearly 3,000 non-profit associations. MIP is the preferred non-profit financial management solution that meets the needs of our clients for accounting and reporting requirements.
EAI's hardware and software infrastructure is supported by strong firewalls, high security e-mail servers and redundant data backups.
The iMIS database can be integrated with client databases and websites, enabling association members to pay dues, update contact information, register for meetings, order products, conduct committee work, access job banks and upload abstracts online in a secure password protected area.
Our client websites include blogs, podcasts, videos, webinars, interactive tools, bulletin boards for committee work, discussion forums, interactive questionnaires, links to social media, job banks and member locators that provide referral contact information using Google street map technology. Other capabilities include electronic subscription management, committee and member relationship management, credit card processing, custom reporting and remote staff access.
