Outsourcing is the avenue of choice for specialized services such as legal counsel, annual audit,
printing, order fulfillment, graphic design, lobbying and capital development campaigns. Contracts for outside services
are always executed with the full awareness and approval of the appropriate association leaders.

EAI never marks up outsourced services or takes a commission on supplies or services purchased on behalf of client associations. The total compensation to EAI is the management fee that is negotiated with the association client and is specified in the management contract.
