The EAI association headquarters office is located in Arlington Heights, Illinois, eight expressway miles northwest of O'Hare International Airport.  Within a mile radius is a cluster of other healthcare professional association headquarters including the American Association of Pediatrics, the American Association of Orthopedic Surgeons and American Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons.

Six primary support departments are located at EAI's corporate headquarters:

Executive
The executive department is comprised of eight Executive and Associate Executive Directors.  They are responsible for managing the operations of all EAI client organizations and are accountable for achieving the mission and financial goals established by each respective board of directors. 

Financial Management
Our CFO is a CPA with many years of public accounting experience.  Accounting services include bookkeeping, financial reporting, accounts receivable, dues collection, accounts payable, budgeting, bank statement reconciliation, issue resolution (related to bank charges, return checks, credit card payments and other matters), independent audit coordination and support, cash management, tax preparation, and federal and state law compliance. 

Information Technology
For most membership organizations, future success and even survival depends on leveraging technology to enhance, extend and personalize their members' experiences.  At EAI, information technology is managed by a Chief Information Officer (CIO).  Her department provides systems solutions for all association management processes including Web site development.

Creative Services
Our Creative Director manages a department with full design, copy writing and print production capabilities. Tactical programs include e-commerce, direct mail, direct response advertising, fast fax and development of collateral materials.

Meeting Planning
Our Director of Conferences is a Certified Meeting Professional (CMP).  Her department provides full meeting planning services for EAI client organizations.
