• World Class Planning is a Hallmark
Strategic planning should be a facilitated process that enables an association or society to discover and articulate shared goals and purposes. It is an ongoing dialogue through which many voices are heard and from which central themes emerge. • Pricing is Competitive
EAI offers highly competitive and flexible pricing and service arrangements to meet the needs of each client association. Its management fee is based on an anticipated volume of activity, staffing requirements and occupancy expenses.

Some association clients are most comfortable with a management fee that is a specific dollar amount, stipulated in the management agreement and renegotiated from time to time. Other associations prefer a management fee that is a specified percentage of an association’s annual revenues, thus keeping administrative expenditures in exact proportion with overall income and encouraging the management firm to enhance that income. EAI is willing to structure an agreement in whatever manner is the most comfortable for the client.
